This Privacy Policy explains how Prodagi.ai ('we,' 'our') collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to this policy.

- Usage Data: We collect information about how Permitted Users and end users interact with the services (e.g., chat logs, device information, IP addresses).

- Provide and maintain the services;
- Personalize and improve the services;
- Communicate with you about your account and subscriptions;
- Comply with legal obligations.

Prodagi.ai Data Processing Addendum
Effective April 1, 2026
This Data Processing Addendum ('DPA') forms part of the Prodagi.ai Terms of Service and applies when Customer Data includes personal data subject to data protection laws such as the GDPR. Terms not defined herein have the meanings set out in the Agreement.
1. Roles. As between the parties, Customer is the controller of personal data and Prodagi.ai is the processor. Each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under data protection laws.
2. Processing Instructions. We will process personal data only on behalf of and in accordance with your documented instructions, as set out in the Agreement and this DPA, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
3. Confidentiality and Security. We will ensure that persons authorized to process personal data have committed to confidentiality. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
4. Sub processors. You authorize us to engage sub processors to provide the services. We will enter into written agreements with sub processors requiring them to protect personal data to the same standard as this DPA. We will remain liable for acts and omissions of sub processors.
5. International Transfers. We may transfer personal data to countries outside of your jurisdiction as necessary to provide the services. We will ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, for example through the use of standard contractual clauses or other valid transfer mechanisms.
6. Assistance. Taking into account the nature of the processing, we will assist you, insofar as possible, in fulfilling your obligations to respond to requests from data subjects and to implement security measures, conduct impact assessments and consult with supervisory authorities.
7. Data Breach Notification. We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your personal data. We will cooperate with you and provide relevant information to enable you to comply with any obligations to inform data subjects or regulators.
8. Deletion or Return. Upon termination of the services, we will delete or return personal data in our possession, unless retention is required by law.
9. Audit. Upon reasonable notice and at your expense, we will make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA and allow for and contribute to audits by you or an independent auditor, provided such audits occur no more than once per year and do not interfere with our operations.
